Refunds & Returns Policy

There are some items that we do not accept for return. Due to our quality control purposes, we do not accept returns on:


Diffuser Base


Candle additives


Colour dyes, chips or blocks


Melt and pour soap

Liquid Soap

This ensures we only sell quality products that have not been tampered with, diluted or exposed to temperature change. Products need to be returned at your cost, in original condition suitable for resale. For  a “change of mind” claim, a 20% admin fee will apply to enable us to process the return, do quality control checks and put items back in stock online and in the warehouse.

Any change of mind returns will be refunded back to you in the form of a store credit.

All returns and damage claims must be lodged within 7 days of receipt or delivery of goods. In the case of a lost order, please allow 7 days for it to arrive, and then lodge your claim within 7 days thereafter. please note we will not replace or resend any items until the claims process has been finalised. All orders marked Authority To Leave ATL is done at your own risk and we take no responsibility for incorrectly delivered or stolen packages.

All fragrance sales are final. We suggest that you purchase small bottle sizes for testing before ordering larger quantities.

These products are our own formulation and is not part of, nor have an association with, any other product of the same or similar name.

Our testing and guidelines should never take the place of your own personal testing. Always test fragrance in all applications.  We do not take responsibility for your test results. Eiluxe is not responsible for any finished products made with our raw ingredients.  Fragrances containing vanilla ingredients may discolor soap. Vanilla White Color stabilizer may help prevent discoloration due to vanilla.  However, there are more than 40 ingredients used in fragrance manufacturing that may contribute to discoloration of products.

If any items are damaged or leak during transit (Please refer to the shipping information page) Please contact us asap, we will not resend out items or refund any broken items but will credit your account for the amount.

Postage is non refundable.
